Cam Rotor Pump

Cam Rotor Pump is specially designed to gently transport of high viscosity or particle-containing materials. It is suitable for sanitary and aseptic occasion. Its handling to material is special ease, and its conveyor speed can be adjusted, also can be used as metering pump. All the pacts contact with materials is made of SUS304 or SUS316L, the joints adopt international ISO standard open joint, in accordance with GMP standard.

It is widely used in petroleum chemical industry, fine chemical industry, daily chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, paper making, coating and metallurgy, etc.

Characteristics of Cam Rotor Pump

1, a certain gap is kept between rotors and no friction coefficient, ensures a long service life.

2, it is simple to install and maintenance, easy to clean, less easy worn parts.

3, with advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, conveying smoothly, low failure rate and noise, reliable sealing. It can ensure continuity reliability of operation and no leakage time.

4, the transport medium viscosity should ≤ 500000 cp, as well as contains of solid content is 70% size. It can transport the air, liquid and solid three-phase flow mixed materials.

5, it can adjust flow at will after configuration inverter, and can used as general metering pump.

6, based on user needs, it can increase heat preservation device in the pump housing, is suitable for -50 ℃ to 350 ℃.

7, according to users’ connecting request, matching flange, snail mouth type and fast interface type are for choice.
