This equipment is composed of the body case, the intermediate shaft, the sieve plate, the strainer, the guide rod, the air valve, the glass view mirror, the rubber tire and so on. All liquids contact parts, are made of the stainless steel material. There are two kinds of the body case: single section and the multi-section. And the internodes is sealed by the rubber ring, which is convenient for washing and cleaning.

    Diatomite filter is used in fruit wine, white wine, health wine, grape wine, syrup, drink, soy sauce, vinegar, and biological, pharmaceutical, chemical and other liquid products for clear filtration.

    1. The beverage industry: fruits and vegetables juice, tea drink, beer, yellow wine, fruit wine, liquor, grape wine ,etc.

    2. The sugar industry: cane sugar, fructose syrup, high fruit syrup, glucose syrup, beet sugar, honey, etc

    3. Pharmaceutical: antibiotics, vitamin, synthetic plasma, traditional Chinese medicine extracted liquid, etc

    4. Spices: vinegar, soy sauce, MSG, cooking wine, etc

    5. Chemical products: resin, inorganic acid, organic acids, aldehydes, alcohols, benzene, ether, etc

    6. Others: gelatin and bone glue, seaweed glue, vegetable oil, starch, etc

    The diatomite filter has some obvious advantages as: saving energy 92%, reducing the liquor loss 90%, equipment cost saving 2/3 and reducing 3/4 workers. After filtered by the diatomite filter, the drink or the wine is asepsis, withort suspended matter and deposit, clarify with the flavor invariable.
